A large portion of our student population falls into the classification of gifted or twice exceptional learner (gifted with areas of learning disability). We recognize and accommodate these learners with accelerated and/or enriched individualized curriculum. Students can advance in grade levels in the areas in which they excel and receive accommodations in areas where this is warranted.
In a curriculum that incorporates self design, students are provided with the time and opportunity to explore and actualize their passions. At Magnussen School students are given the time and direction to become the expert in their areas of personal interest.
