Daily Physical Education

At 9am, all students head out for an hour long physical education period.  We recognize that some students prefer team sports while others enjoy individualized activity.  Our goal is to meet the needs of each student and provide physical activities that suits and respects their personal interests and preferences.  Athletic activities include visits to the Osborne Gymnasium (field hockey, climbing, dodge ball, basketball, badminton, etc), structured and unstructured games at the Rhododendron Forest, playground visits, capture the flag, swimming at the UBC Pool, skating at the Thunderbird Arena, and gymnastics lessons with the school of human kinetics.

Our goal is to meet the needs of each student and provide physical activities that suits and respects their personal interests and preferences.
